When AVOXI first reached out to Expansive, they had a clear vision for their next summit. They just needed to select their anchor venues and lock down logistical details.

They knew that easy, walkable cities with exciting central business districts offering a range of entertainment options worked well for their group, but they also wanted a trip with some personality. They preferred home rentals that allow their teams to take better advantage of down time than if they were distributed in separate rooms across a generic hotel property. Workspace located close to unique restaurants, nightlife, and points of interest facilitated seamless transitions into and out of work time, and they wanted experiences with character.

As a distinctive city well known for its charm, quirkiness, and history, Savannah had all the ingredients for a great summit. The AVOXI team was familiar enough with it to know that they wanted to be downtown so they could easily pop out at the end of the day for dinner and downtime. They had already selected activities and restaurants, but they needed a place to work that could accommodate 20-25 people together in one room comfortably as well as broken out into groups of varying sizes as the agenda unfolded.
